Is my folli good or bad? Please,,

Well this is my third cycle after my lap and this is the cyclei got my folli grown right,,we discovered there was no good growth last two cycles right after lap,,,
Will the quality of Folli be good, if i have taken medication like this,,,

I just wanted to give some of you who have tried unsuccessfully with IVF hope.  My first cycle was a disaster, they only retrieved one embryo and it was a 3 day transfer, the second they were able to retrieve 5 but only 2 made it to blastocyst and I transfered two, another false.  My third cycle, my RE did a microdose lupron flare protocol, I had two good embryos transfered on day 5.  I didn't feel any different, went for the preg test and it was positive, I was shocked.  I was especially shocked when I went in for my u/s on Friday and it is twins!  I already have 2 children and I am 40 so I am happy but scared, I never thought after all the trouble I had TWO would take.  Also, don't give up hope!  I almost did and it worked, sometimes it just takes the right protocol!! :)  Good luck to everyone.

Just a quick note to say hi and a word of encouragement.  I saw a posting about egg quality.  I did ivf and had c quality eggs, 9 eggs fertilized, one was A- (best) one was B (second best) all others were c - not good.  Anyway, we put back the A- and B, it didn't take.  I tried IUI the next month due to finances and it worked!! So who knows perhaps it was the combination of meds that changed the quality, I don't know as it was IUI either way, I wilsh you the best in this cycle. I added DHEA on my own (OTC hormone) as well as Rx for follistim, menapur and ovedril trigger.  You have been through so much, its not fair this prego thing takes us years!  All my best I will be thinking of you this cycle.
