it doesn't sound like af has started cos it's not cd1 till you have a heavy flow. hopefully it was an implantation bleed.
Hey!! Well a/f was very heavy on Sunday, heavier than normal, and I had th usual cramps that I usually have on cd 2. So I think I will say that Sat was cd1 and sunday was cd2 since we are supposed to have another iui, without any meds, this cycle. I have been on clomid and femara(last 2 iuis) but a/f is never affected by the meds. But water seems to stop my a/f for a period of time and the spotting stopped Sat after a shower which baths usually stop a/f not showers but maybe the shower stopped it this time. I don't know but thanks for the info. If anyone else has any info feel free!!!
i had the same problem and my re said it was caused by the clomid.. then 2 and half weeks later i had another period a little bit heavier but still not my norm. they say if u take clomid and sometimes other meds that it can affect ur cycle for a few months.. so i would count cd1 as saturday for re purposes if ur doing iui or something.. good luck.. i hope that it was just implantaion bleeding and u get a bfp..
When this has happened to me, I hate trying to figure it all out - uugghh. Did you already take your pregnancy test? I think Friday, since it's only 13dpiui, would be too soon to have AF. Call your re's office Monday and let them know what's going on. I would think by Tuesday if you're not pregnant that you'll get AF & that'll be cd1 even though that's a little late.
This is such a good question - I'm eager to hear what the others say - jen
