I am so sorry you have to go through so much stress.  All this uncertainty must be torture for you.  I hope that Saturday will bring some relief and good news.

how was your appointment today?  Sorry your clinic is being so insensitive.  This process is difficult as it is without your clinic loosing your paperwork.

how was your transfer??  Any frozen embryos for you?

Hi everyone.. I have not fallen off the face of the earth.. although I have come precariously close.

rgh.. What jerks!  I am so sorry they are being so uncaring.  I completely understand what you are going through right now, I am in the EXACT same position as far as follicles, E2 levels, etc...

Magda.. Good news on the follie front!  You go girl!

kele.. I think 14 mature follicles is the cats meow! I am so so jealous.  I bet you'll have some delicious frosties!  Good luck on your transfer.

Krista, Helen, Juana, Amberlee and all you other sweet ladies, thank you so much for all your notes and warm wishes.  Even though I haven't been posting alot the past week, Ive been lurking and it has really helped me along.

Now for what in the Heckaroonio is going on with me:
Two steps forward, one step back.. pretty much sums it up.  Went in for my appt. today and strange things are going on.. I personally think theres some good things, although my RE doesnt think so.
Lets break it down, shall we?
Sunday, E2 was 150 or something, with about 4 follicles (one big one, 14)
Tuesday: E2 400 something, with 6 or 7 follicles (one big one, 17)
Today, Thurs.: E2 700 something with 10 follicles (2 big ones, 20 & 17)  5 of the others are between 11-13, few smalls around 10

And he wants to cancel.  YEP.. you heard me.
Sooooo.. I had a hissy fit when the nurse called.. he asked I call him personally, which I did, but only after I made them fax me my "flow sheet" (the follicle count sheet).  I refuse to have them tell me what I should do w/o being armed, locked and loaded.

So, I called him and he said" I don't think those other follicles are going to mature" and I said "I think they will". So, b/c I am pushy and I REFUSE to give up.. I will be stimming for 2 more days and go in on Sat. to see if they've grown.  If they have,then I am on for my IVF.  If they haven't then I am doing a STUPID IUI.

That's where I stand.. weak kneed and trembling, I still stand.  I am in IVF purgatory.
But heck.. I HAVE 10 frikkin follicles.. so WTF.. theyre gonna grow!!!!!  I have 2 days to make those suckers listen to reason.

I'm so sorry you have to go through this ordeal..
The fact that they do not care about what we are going through was the main cause why I switched Dr.
I used to go to one of the biggest clinic in NYC and now I go to a much smaller one where there is not an IVf nurse but MY doctor who calls with the results!
I wish you best of luck and do not let them treat you like that.YOU have options!

I called the doctors office again around 9:40am and told them i did not recieve a call back, so they put me on hold for 10 min. until an ivf nurse got on the phone.  She told me that my paperwork never hit the ivf desk and that she was sorry.  She than told me that I needed to come in right away for bloods and utrasound.  I was so upset because I had to leave my job to travel 40 min. to the doctors office. Not calling patients back when they are supposed to should not ever happen.
