Hey Ambelree.. Thanks for saving my seat! This is the MOST expensive train I have ever been on. I mean sheeet, $17,000 per seat? I'd better get some caviar and Champagne (and spicy salmon), LOL
Just a quick update, met with Dr. Vampire today.. he was cool, the 90 minute wait was NOT COOL! But, I digress, showed him my paperwork, he asked me a zillion questions and then told me I too (just like you Sam and Juana) will be in Lovenox after ER. He basically said that univerally, women that have had multiple chemicals or m/c should ALL be on it. And that many times when ppl think it's a chromosomal issue, its a really a clotting issue.. even if it's not picked up in blood tests, that's what it is.
So.. he took more blood, for more invasive tests and I have to call next week to see what those tests are. But whatever they say, it will be Lovonex. (I thought as much)
Sam.. Are you taking your shots after ER or after ET? Juana.. how bout you?

This will make up for all my stress & ttc pain yet again. ;o) Hate when that thing hits you right in the back of the head...just when you thought you dealt with the hurt...it has the nerve to sneak up on ya.

OMG im SO sick of THROWING UP!!!!!!!! my throat is so sore!! my stomach is sore!! and i have what is called tonsil stones....they are caused from food collecting in the little 'caves' where your tonsils are. the only way ive seen to make them completely gone is to get my tonsils removed. well in the mean time, i get these stupid little white 'stones' in the back of my throat that scratch when i swallow. i can usually get them out when i first notice them but ive had them now consitantly for like 3 weeks and i cant get them out and they are a big cause of when i start to gag and start throwing up. i have a very week stomach as it is now, a cough can cause me to vomit but these just multiply the cause!!!
on a lighter note, the ONLY thing i want right now is potatoes. mashed, hash browns, fries, fried, tator tots, baked, thats all i want it POTATOES!! so hubby went and got me some while i watched friends trying to get my stomach to stop hurting after throwing up NOTHING for 15 minutes when i walked in the door at 5:45.....thanks for letting me vent you ladies are great

Sally - I have been on Lovenox off an on for about two years, the first tme aroun was not relate to TTC. I learne of my clot while reating endo..I was put on BC Pills to control my cycles and developed the clot. I will probaly have to start up again. I really don't want to. I hate taking shots. I will see what my doc says when I go back in a few weeks.

Tijuana--a little caffeine isn't going to hurt anything. But if it will make you feel better, see if PepsiCo makes a decaf Cherry Pepsi. My DH loves diet decaf Mtn Dew, but the only place we can find it is in his hometown which is 3 hours away. We stock up every time we go. If Pepsi doesn't make it, you can try to find some cherry syrup to add to decaf regular Pepsi. If all else fails, try a little unsweetened cherry Kool-Aid in your decaf Pepsi. Now if it's just the caffeine you miss, well, either "wean" yourself or just go cold turkey.
I think my m/s is starting to kick in, but I'm actually glad to have it. I'm afraid something's wrong if I'm NOT sick. Of course, if it's bad enough I get to lose some weight too (and I have plenty to spare). With my last one I lost about 8 lbs and then gained it back plus about 10 more lbs, so I did pretty good. We won't talk about the other 2 times.....
Asking4amiracle: Have you asked your dr for antinausea meds? I took promethazine with all 3 of my pgs. It makes you drowsy, but it helps. I would take 1/4 of a pill, if that didn't help, another 1/4 until I got up to a whole pill or the next dosing time.

Juana-I dropped caffeine almost 2 years ago due to the fact that I realized the addiction I had. 8-10 cups a day and when I say cups I mean huge honkin' size cups with cream. I lost 10 lbs quitting. But 3 days ago...I broke and I broke hard, I NEEDED a coffee coolatta (I know the worst junk food drink in the universe) I did ask if they had it in decaf which was a "no" so I got a small made with skim milk....omg it was the most amazing thing ever! DH said I looked like a junkie getting a fix. But it made me incredibly ill and I hated myself after...oh well, it was good while it lasted.
Krista-I know the train is stocked but I found a little packet of well-aged and tested RSSBD. *hands Krista the packet* Now take 1 teaspoon everyday and we will do all the wishing. ^_^
Amberlee-I am so sorry you are feeling this way. I thought I had it bad by just feeling ill all the time. But I don't actually get sick, it's the headaches that are killing me.

Me-Oh the headaches, they will be the death of me. The dr is going to figure out something I can take, but as a migraine sufferer I need something that will really work. School is starting in 2 weeks and I can't wait but dread buying my books. We were informed yesterday that we are not eligible for the state insurance which I don't understand why? My SIL is on it and her husband alone makes way more than we do together....grumble. I am going to call them today (the state) and inform them that next friday is my last day working before going back to school full-time and gestating a baby full-time, I mean come on...there are people that just suck off the state like leeches and that is allowed, here we are asking for genuine asistance and get jack squat.
DH's b-day is Saturday and we have fun plans for the weekend-friends,sun,movies at home and games. Should be nice.

Sal - mmmmmmmmm oysters!!!!!!! Can we have oysters rockafeller too (for the preggo girls.....these are cooked so no chance of salmonella)
Don't forget the tobasco sauce and lots of it!!! Add some of the tobasco to tequila shots (aka prairie fires) and HOT damn.... we got a party going!!!! Oysters and tequila.... yeah baby.....
As for the Lovenox, I start it the day after retrieval.... my dr. states that taking it before hand can make ovaries bleed at time of retrieval.
mmmmm....shrimps.... hubby and friends went out again last weekend and I now have over 200 shrimps in the freezer, vacuum sealed in packages of 20.... gonna be doing a BIG shin dig this weekend with a bunch of them... YUMMY....
Amberlee - girl after my own heart... I LOVE potatoes - made any style! My fav is mashed potatoes, lightly fold in some sour cream, then sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and bake just till cheese is melted.... OMG I could a whole pan to myself!

And I always always felt like I had something caught in my throat. My dh also informed me that about this time (2 years worth) I had really bad breath! So, I had my tonsils removed and wah-lah.... feel (and taste and smell) much better!!!!

Well, lets see. I have 2 teens from a previouse marraige and DH has been diagnosed w/ clumping issues. We have done 1 round of Clomid which turned out real bad. Cervical infection, and cysts. Anyway, we have done 2 IVF, one in Dec of last year which ended in MC @ 6 weeks, and one in May of this year which ended w/ possible ectopic @ 8weeks??? They never could prove it was ectopic but I did lose the baby, where ever it was. Anyway, now we have 3 Snow Angels but no money to go get them. :( This month I went for a U/S for other reasons and was told I had a huge follicle in my right ovary that was ready to burst and my uterus lining was perfect. SO, we decided to use preseed and just see what happens. Now I'm 7DPO and in the 2WW. WOW, that's one heck of a long story.
You guys seem to haev such a close bond in this post and I already know Jauna and Asking pretty well so I thought I would come join you all.
