About my pelvis

Regarding my delay of fertility i took  ULTRASOUND PELVIS  test  advised by  my gyno dr..
i got report  as...
   Anteverted  uterus an measures of 7.0 x 302cms. Myometrial echoes are homogeneous.
   Endometrial thickness of 6mm. Right ovary measures 3.4x1.6x3.1cms with the volume of 9cc.
   Left ovary measures 3.1x1.8x3.1cms with the volume of 9cc. Both the ovaries are enlarged and
   show multiple small  peripheral cysts. parametria are free.
And report shows
IMPRESSION: POLYCYSTIC OVARIES.  

   This is my report..now my doubt is whether i have any problem in my ovaries. And what may be
   the reason for my infertility. And i have irregular peroids about 4 to 5 yrs. if i had tabs i get
   periods in regular and if i stops it get back to irregular.My Hubby have no problem in his semen test.
   do i have any syndrome in ovary. do i want to go for laparoscopy... Please clear my confusion.

HI yaar... am really thanking you for your reply... Now My Gyno told that we can go for IUI.... am little panic about IUI....il it hurt much...

I hope I can help. I'm currently 2 months pregnant. Though I never had a ultrasound of my pelvis I was referred to get one done I just never went. I was also told that I might have cyst on my ovary, cervical cancer, and some other problems I don't remember. I also have irregular pretty much my whole life. Sometimes up to 6 months at a time. So I was always scared that I wasn't able to have kids. I was one the patch for a couple of months and then stop taking it. I got my period for a couple of months straight. Until one month it just stop coming. I didn't pay any attention to it becus of my history with periods. Later I found out I was pregnant. So what I believe help me was getting off this particular birth control, I've tried others, and it allowing me to ha e a stable period dried sometime and I was able to ovulate during that time. I was worried for years that i couldnt have kids after trying for two years and everything the docs were saying. Just have faith. I hope I can help
