Knocked up??

Hey there. I'm 22-years-old and I have hypothyroid disease. My periods were few and far between before I was diagnosed with thyroid disease in January of 2010, and from 2008-Jan of 2010 I didn't have a period at all. Ever since I started my regular medication in '10 my periods have been completely regular and on time (minus the rare occasion where it was a few days late once or twice). I currently have no children. I know things like that can definitely interfere with my cycle. But here's why I'm concerned...
I had sex July 23rd (the last day of my period), but I had a regular period in August. It's now October 16th and I haven't had one since the END of August. I feel awful and bloated. I'm going to see my primary doctor soon (of course), but I was wondering if any other women out there have dealt with similar issues regarding missed periods (whether or not you have an illness). Thanks!

I'm on Levothyroxine as well, 75 mcg. I've taken two HPTs in the past two weeks and they were both negative.

I have hypothyroid as we'll and my periods were always whacked too. I also had a lot of trouble getting pregnant with my second child. I would take a test or get a blood test done
