Doing it every day from 8 days befor ovulation and about 3 days after just to make sure Every month but nothing has happend... I'm verry worried that i am not able to have kids at all. My favorite prenatal vit is by Garden of Life, Vitamin Code Raw Prenantal. It's also a great idea to start taking folic acid, vit D, and iron. Your boyfriend can take a multi vit and zinc supplement to help boost sperm production and health. Sometimes it just takes time to conceive. I wish you all luck! My husband and I are going to start ttc in February.

My docters all said everything was fine. I have been doing it every other day like you said,  and every 3 days... i still have yet to conceive.  I have started taking prenatal vitamins.  If anyone knows of the best kind that would be great:-) im taking the natural ones right now.

Everyday isnt helping at all… your partner cant make good healthy sperm unless you leave a day! the dr would tell you the same! remember its quality not quanitity! my advice would be stop worrying and do the deed everyother day! better swimmers mean higher chance of concieving… hope this helps ;)

There are a ton of factors to consider. But my advise is to seek professional help. See your doctor and get the necessary blood work to see if there's anything going on that might lead to your infertility if your infertile at all. Good luck!!!
