Are temperatures the same every cycle?

Does your temperature pattern remain exactly the same every cycle? For example, last month my post ovulation range was 97.9-98.6. Also, my pre ovulatory temps were a little lower this month than last month. This month, pre o temps are about 0.2 degrees lower in general and my post o (hoping I ovulated finally on CD 27) temps are 0.2 degrees lower as well. 3dpo last month my temps got to 98.3 and above, now today I was only 97.9 3dpo. Can they vary month to month? Maybe I'm taking temps earlier in the morning than I did last month, I'm not sure. But do your temps tend to change a bit month to month?

I've been charting for 5 months & have noticed my temps vary quite a bit month to month- I'll have a month that my temps are lower for the entire month, then it'll return to "normal" for the next month or 2, then dip again.  I'm just ending my 5th month TTC and I've had 2 months that have consistently been cooler than my other 3.  Am in the painful 2 week wait now, have been on a 20 Day Cycle for a couple of months (was on Depo Provera shot for 3 years & off it now for 13 months, cycles still aren't what they were previous to Depo)and am at CD 24 and tested BFN yesterday... AGAIN.   I wouldn't worry about lower temps, as long as you're seeing your ovulation and luteal, you should still be in great shape!   I've also read about women being pregnant and their BBT chart doesn't illustrate the coveted 18 days of high temps.  Remember that temping is only one way of tracking and it's got many many variables (room too cool at night, etc) that may effect your morning temps.  Good luck to all, baby dust to everyone!

Mine always change from month to month.  Not drastically, just a little bit.
