i took ovidril monday night and had my iui on wednesday and i took a pregnancy test friday of course it came out possitive  and now i took one today and it was negative ! do you think it is acurate?

I know exactly how you feel.  I didn't believe my first + so I tested the next three days up until my blood test.  By then I was happy but not too much, since I was so worried it wouldn't stick.  I still am to a degree but as I get closer to 13 wks and out of the first trimester, the worry lessens alot.  Now, I'll be happier when Im over 20wks.  (yes, for me it never ends!)

hey I feel your pain, I had my HCG shot last monday and my IUI on tuesday and I took a preg test today and it was positive, but it could be due to the HCG still in my body, I am going to freak if I am not, I know I have to wait 4 more days to be sure but I will be crushed, I have had 2 IUI and I think they hurt! I wish you the best think "Positive"!

Thank you that makes so much sense . I am a wreck i am going to be so devistated if i am not pregnant . It is kinda crazy when you see that plus sighn after seeing so many negatives the mind plays tricks on u only to set you up for a possible dissapointment   aaahhhhhhhhhhhhh lol thanks and congrats

It takes a few days for the ovidril to leave your system, that's probably why you had a + and then a -.  I would wait until around 12 or 14 days post your IUI to test again.  You need to wait for the HCG to be high enough for a FRER to detect those levels.  

I tested at 10PIUI and got a very faint +.  That was my second IUI attempt and Im now 12 wks.
