Sex does not effect the pregnancy unless you have a history or condition and the doc specifically says no. They may just be telling you that until they can examine you and make sure everything is okay.

No she didnt say why i havent seen my ob yet but his secretary just said for now no sex until i see him i guess n to relax so nothing happends

U just missed a period so u should be about 3 wks or 4. And I don't see why you can't have sex considering that most women don't find out that you ate pregnant until 6 weeks or so. But I suppose u should listen to the professional.  Did she say why?

I say if the doc says no it's no, but you can do other things. When I was dealing with my ectopic I couldn't have sex till he allowed me which was about two months, but he said we could do other things. It was hard but we had to follow the docs orders...good luck

I found out on the 29th of November I was pregnant  now 10 weeks and 2 days! And Monday night just gone was the first time I've had sex since finding out but that was my own choice because last year I had a misscarage and was still having sex etc so in my head that's what made me lose the baby ' not proven ' but sex drive has serious decreased now
