Beta on the 6TH

I am new to the forum.  I am on my first IVF cycle and will take the blood test on Monday.  II was reading some of the postings and found out that there are 3 or 4 of us that will be doing that on 8/6.  I wanted to wish everyone the best.  It's been an extremely trying time and I'm doing all I can to just stay positive.  Well, I'll be thinking of everyone on Monday.

You guys are all awesome!!!  My nerves are so bad during this waiting period to get my BPT.  I have read almost all the threads and everyone here is so encouraging.  Believe it or not, I am getting my strength through your postings!!!

We had 4 embies day five and we were afraid but our contract with the donors said we had to use all four and they all thawed and were in same container so we went for it. I figured that what ever god gave us we would handle. Sweedy put back 6 and none took for her either. They were grade 3 and 4 AA and ab. But this was a FET cycle and there is less of a percentage with frozen embies. The donors were 24 and 25. I am not sure why the did not take but like I said before we will try again with donated and do another FET. We have nothing to loose at this point.

Hey mstrex, I hope you don't mind me asking some questions.  I saw where you had 5 embies (day 4) transfered.  Weren't you a little scarred they might all take?  Also, do you know the age of the donor, why do you think they didn't take?  That is crazy, it sounds like at least one should have implanted.  What grade embies were they?  I am thinking about using donor eggs.  The percentage of pregs. goes up to like 60% when you use donor eggs.  Right now I think the percentage rate is like 27%.
