I don't think genetic testing promises a perfect embryo. A lot of the time, early miscarriage is caused by something not connecting of the million things that must connect, and when that thing is needed in the development of the embryo, it is not there and the pregnancy faces. I would bet they cannot test for everything that might not go right when sperm meets egg. My guess would be that they test only for certain things. Definitely talk to your doctor, of course.
