Blood work question

Does anyone know what the technical term for the test that tests your blood to see if you have ovulated or not???

They are wanting me to wait until the 23rd of July and there is no point and in going into see when they are just going to do all of the same blood work on the 27th. If I was pregnant I will know by then anyways :(

Hi Nickie - I was having my bloods taken when I was on clomid and didnt go for the last one as knew it was pointless, on the blood test request form it just says '21 day progesterone level' 'secondary infertility'. Good luck

Thank you so much. I am not sure (but I think I will be 6-7 dpo) but I will see if they do the test on me :)

To check for ovulation, they generally do a progesterone blood test about 7 dpo. A level of 10 or more means you had a good, normal ovulation.
