Thanks a lot for the advice.
Go to www.fertilityfriend.com and join for free. You can put in all the temps you already have and it tells you when you've ovulated or when it's near judging by your temps, OPK's, and cervical mucous. But you can use only your BBT and it will still give you a good analysis.
Good luck!
I use a journal that I got from my DR but I'll try to scan it and post it. I've never heard of Fertility Friend :) sounds helpful please inform me. So I'll tell you guys :) I had surgery last week of july for endo after ttc for 8 months. It seems I only ovulated 4 of the 8 months. Temperature spike noticed on day 15 or 16 in the 4 months. I started back in august after surgery.
Yeah, post your FF chart and we'll be glad to help you analyze it. Lately I've been having slower rises myself and it can be very confusing.
You can get a surge and not o, also. I finally o'd somewhere between cd 30 & 35 this cycle. I have been right around cd14. I'd keep temping and opking. It's very possible that was a random surge and the real one is still coming. Are you able to post your chart?
Your temp needs to shift, not necessarily spike. Some months mine would gradually increase over a few days. That being said, if it hasn't shifted then you may be having an anovulary cycle. How long have you been temping? Are you using Fertility Friend?
