Hi everyone:)  I can not believe how far along all of you are already!!  Tiem goes so fast:)  I am glad that everyone seems to be doing well.  I wanted to update that I am on CD4 today and started Gonal F 150iu last night.  My next appt. is Tuesday.

mommyin10- I was wondering if you have had a lot of nausea and morning sickness with your twins?  I never see you complain:)

Remember last week when we were talking about when is your first trimester actually over?  Well I found this link to this day by day calendar and look what it says for 12w..."Congratulations! Mommyin10: wow! 3 months paid sounds great...here, the goverment employees get 3 months, but the private sector only 2 months...4 to 5 months at home with your babies sounds great!! How did the picket fence turn out?

Scripps: actually the acupunture doc I am refering too, has a great sucess with fertility treatmeants...she charges $100 USD for each session. I will def share with you my experience I do go get the treatment, for now we are just going to try on our own.

Keyan: Oh it's okay!!! I told DH that I want to talk to my OB about it anyway which we will be able to tomorrow. I'm scared to get the H1N1 vaccine when it comes out, but I will probably end up getting it since I come into contact with so many people since I'm a massage therapist. It's unbelievable when people come in being sick or start coming down with something...then they get upset when I tell them I can't massage them b/c it's unsafe for me and the massage will make them more ill. Did you have a good weekend?

Kmcarino: Glad to hear you're doing well and starting Gonal-F. Are you doing IVF?

Luvkayln: Hey, I just noticed that your next appt. is a day after my birthday :-) I'm hoping that I can get my anatomy scan done next week or the week after :-)

Soooo, we had a pretty good weekend. Work was kind of long on Saturday and I didn't even make that great of tips. I had one leave me $3.46 for a tip! Oh well, hopefully he won't come back lol. AND we get to find out what we are having TOMORROW!!!! Pending baby cooperates lol. Everyone still thinks I'm having a girl so we shall see! I think if it is a girl, I will let DH pick out the middle name but I'm not budging on the first name!!!
I'm just doing some light cleaning on the house today and laundry. We are taking DS to the last fair of year tonight but I told DH I am not eating any fair food!!! I don't want to get sick again! DS is really starting to catch on to potty training! YAY we are sooo proud of him! He's finally telling us when he's got to go #2! He'll still have a pee accident every so often but that I can deal with lol. I'm going to post belly pics later today...I know I've been saying that but we've been so busy!! So yes, I will take them and post them this afternoon :-) Hope everyone had a great weekend!! I'll check in later!

kmcarino:  I've felt nauseous, but I haven't gotten sick.  I honestly have nothing to complain about... I was ttc so long & appreciate every moment of my pregnancy ;)

dnikki: Well, if baby doesn't cooperate, you'll be scheduling your anatomy scan & will confirm then !  Let's hope he/she does cooperate tomorrow though!  Yay for ds!  That's awesome that he's doing so well =)  Yes, I'll post belly pics.  I've actually been taking them each week, but I haven't gotten around to posting one...  Thursday will be 12 weeks, so maybe I'll post one then!  Have fun at the fair!!!

Keyan:  Yes, I've been saving all my sick/vacation time so I can use it when the babies are born.  I want to take off as much as I possibly can =)  The fence looks so good!!!  It's all up, but dh still wants to cover the screw holes with putty, then sand it smooth, then paint the front of the fence.  It's already painted white, but after filling the holes, he wants one more coat.  His mom & step-dad showed up yesterday & stayed for quite a while, so he didn't get that part done.  It's okay, though!  He'll finish next weekend =)  I will take some pics!

sbumblebeeo:  Hey, I get updates from justmommies, too =)  I haven't looked ahead to Thursday, though.  You know, every other site I looked at says that the second trimester starts at 13 weeks, so now I don't know.  Either way, 3 months is right around the corner, and that is exciting enough! =)  How are you feeling?

Good morning everyone.  It has been quite a weekend.  I tried to get as much sleep as possible, but that didn't work very well.  We stayed up a little later than intended last night. So I'm moving at a sluggish pace today.  Friday is DH's birthday so I'm trying to figure out what we're going to do.  He works until 11pm that night, so who knows what we'll do.  The plan was that we were going with his family to Minnesota to see a Twins baseball game.  But DH's co-workers wouldn't cover his shift for Saturday.  So now they are going without us.  It's a big bummer.  But I'll figure out something special to do!  

I am starting to feel a little weird right now.  My ovary is shrinking back up really great.  I know I didn't ovulate, but I swear I feel like AF is about to start.  My hormones feel all over the place.  My skin feels wrong and I feel gross and cranky.  I've been having some stomach cramping.  My hips hurt.  My bbs feel heavy and sore.  So it definitely feels like AF is on her way.  Which makes sense, except that I usually don't have AF without meds.  So maybe this is a good thing :)

Dh and I made the decision to take a few months off of TTC with meds and such.  First of all.....we are in substantial debt.  One of my girlfriends didn't tell me that she switched cell phone carriers so now we have a 800 dollar cell phone bill.  Luckily the phone company is giving me a 5 week extension on it.  So I have 7 weeks to pay 920 dollars.  Totally do-able.  Just a pain in the rear end!   The good news is that through all of this mess, DH and I couldn't be closer. Things are going really well between the two of us.  I will have photos of our vacation put up sometime this week.  

Well I've got to get back to work. I will update more later!

Yes it is just around the corner and I am super exciting.  I am feeling a little better.  I'm still taking one Zofran a day but that's not too bad.  All is well and I can't wait until Friday.  I'm trying to be excited and not nervous.  I am scared that he'll tell me I am not measuring far enough again.  :(  I really want it to go perfectly so I can relax some.  My belly is starting to poke out a little now.  I've only gained 2.5 pounds but I swear I lost some in other places and it all settled in my belly.  LOL.  Take care!!!!

mrspace - i actually work for a cell phone provider, if it was minute overage, you can just up your minute plan and they will typically credit the bill for the overages. I do it everday for customers and have done it for my own plan. Its worth a shot.

Okay ladies...my doc is a little bit odd. He kept saying "Well, it's so early nad typically we can't tell until 20wks blah blah blah..." but he did the u/s and we didn't see any boy parts, so right now, it looks like we are having a GIRL!! So Luvkayln you are right lol!!! Hubby is busy with work, so when we eat lunch I'll talk girl names with him lol :-) I work 2-10 so I'll check in before work then tomorrow :-) Have a great day!!!

sbumblebeeo: Yes, I feel great pregnancy-wise! :) Addy has the hiccups right now! Kayln used to get them all the time and I've been waiting patiently for Addy to get them, so it just makes me smile! :) Sean and I are kind of having a little bump in the road I feel like. He's going through this phase where he just wants to have a good time with the guys every weekend before the baby gets here, as he says. I don't like it. I don't like him drinking every weekend... He says he's trying to "get it out of his system." Which is the most selfish thing I think I've ever heard him say, because you don't just change overnight when the baby gets here. Aaaghhh! :( Sorry to vent, I'm just feeling sad about it and trying to talk to him right now is out of the question. He just doesn't get it I guess... Anyway, I'll be thinking about you on Friday! :) It'll be exciting to see how much your little one has grown since the last time you saw him/her! :)

Everyone seems to be doing great on here. I read the updates alot, but just have nothing to really update on myself. I think I am going to go back to the RE in Oct. I have had too long of a break. Since my M/C in April, it's time to go back. Financially we are still not ready, but I am determined to figure something out, within the next 2 weeks :)

Right now I am doing pretty good, I think I am suffering from exhaustion, with all this trying to work, help my mom and dad and make the trips for all these drs appts, let alone trying to keep up with all my stepsons activities and maintain my own household. It's been rough, but I'll manage. I took my dad back to the Dr yesterday and it turns out that his tumor was not cancerous!!!!! Thank God!!

I also just found out that My SIL is pregnant again. I am happy for her, but just sad that I'm not. She wants a little girl so bad....so maybe this will be it for her... She has a stepson who is 9  and 2 boys of her own 4 and almost 2 ....so if she has a girl...it'll be my in laws 1st granddaughter. I think DH said she is due in May.  

I am so glad to see that everyone is doing great. I'll try to write more from time to time....

Luvkayln - Hello friend!  I just read your note about Sean. The funny thing is John treated the pre-baby period almost like a "bachelor" party thing too.  He really wanted to plan some boys nights etc.  He is older so nothing too crazy but because we are the ones carrying the babies it is so different.  We can't drink and have all the restrictions so we are really acting parent already.  John was so over it as soon as Jake was born - he is now so tired he can't even fathom being hung over! :)  Anyway, it wasn't too big of a deal but the experience for us is so much different then for our dh's.  I'm sure it will pass.

Mommyin10 - Ohhh I can't wait to start guessing the sex of the twins!!!  And you must post more pictures soon.  I'm looking forward to your next appt!!

Dnikki - Woo hoo....a girl!!! Yay...and I love the name Payton (that's what you are going with??)  That is so exciting.

So everything is going really well with us.  The only issue is that Jake is one of the newborns who loves to be close and is in my arms most of the day.  So at best I have one free arm which is why it is so hard to keep up with you ladies!!  I read but can't type back.  He is growing and is over 8 lbs now.  He is a real cute little guy.  It is tough at times but for the most part John and I are just so excited for him to start growing and interacting more - and getting stronger neck muscles so his head doesn't flop over!!! lol

Stacey- Thanks! That makes me feel so much better! :) It is frustrating b/c we were already restricting ourselves BEFORE we even got pregnant, and then of course while we're pregnant. I know he'll be over drinking when she gets here, but it frustrates me that I have to wait for her to get here for that to happen, ya know?! It's not out of control or anything, and he does stay at home in the backyard with the guys so at least he's not driving or out somewhere, but it still drives me nuts! It's funny b/c it really just started when I told him how quick she's going to be here, only another 10-11 weeks so maybe I shouldn't have even said anything!! Anyway, your pics are absolutely adorable!! :) I can imagine how busy you've been so we're always happy to hear from you, and we understand! ;) We'll be where you are shortly! :)

Mommyin10- Thanks! :) It's just frustrating b/c he feels like he's not doing anything wrong, and I know it could be a lot worse but like Stacey said, we're the ones who are restricted so it's just frustrating because I feel like he should be in the same state of mind that I'm in! I'm not that controlling wife, I really don't care that he drinks, but why does it have to be every weekend?! Idk, I know I'm more emotional these days too but he understands that. Ad_06- It's so good to hear from you! :) I'm so happy to hear that you're going back to your RE next month, how exciting!!! I know it gets so costly seeing an RE, so hopefully it'll happen your first month back!! ;) I'm glad to hear your dad is doing good, and that his tumor wasn't cancerous! I know that must give you and your family a huge relief! Keep us posted on when/if AF shows and you see your RE again! We're all anxious for you to be right back on that BFP where you deserve to be! What is with men?  Larry did the same thing last night.  Granted he only had 3 beers but it was a Tuesday night.  I was NOT impressed.  Then last Sunday he said he wasn't going to drink during the game and he picked up a 6 pack.  I find it so disrespectful.  I am the only one that has to do the right things and be healthy for the baby?  Maybe I wanted to drink (which I do NOT ewwww) but if I did and couldn't it would be a slap in the face to watch him sit there and drink it up.  This coming saturday he wants to go on a bike run and I can't go so I am staying home with his son who we have for the weekend.  That irritates me too.  Do they fear their lives are going to be over when the baby comes and are worried or something?  I just don't know.  He isn't normally a drinker, that's the funniest part.  Well take care, rest up, and vent all you want.  We often have the same issues and don't talk about it until someone else does.

Morning Ladies!!!

Mommyin10: The office is being ridiculous aboutt he bio-physical scan...I asked them about it and they told me they will write the RX at the next appt.. I will be 23 flipping wks at the next appt!!!!! I am NOT going to wait that long lol! I'm going to call them today and tell them I have to schedule so that I can let work know (which really isn't an issue, but they don't know that lol). But from here on out, I'm going to be seeing the other doc in the office. The one I've been seeing is just kinda odd. He's nice, but odd lol. What have your babies HR's been? Luvkayln: I'm so excited to go shopping but still cautious lol!! I'll buy girly stuff but just keep the tags on everything until we are 100% sure! Sorry about DH's "issue" (sorry, read the post...). Did he do that when you were p/g with Kayln? I don't agree with it either and I don't know how I would even approach it without getting mad (p/g hormones are not good when you get mad lol!). I hope he realizes how much this is upsetting you and decides that drinking with his buddies every wkend isn't worth it. ((HUGS))

Keyan: Yes you can say congratulations lol!!! We are super excited (we would be even if it was a boy!)! Like I told mommyin10, the doc's office is being absolutely ridiculous about my scan (read the post to her above...). The good news is that my OB doesn't have any issues with me going to PR or even snorkeling. He said just don't be lugging around my bags and to rest when I'm tired which I already do lol!! YAY! DH said it's only about a 3hr flight hopefully so the plane ride shouldn't be bad. How are you doing??

sbumblebeeo: We are just happy that everything is still looking healthy!! But yes we are also happy that we are having a girl (as of now lol!)! You have an U/S this weekend? Good Luck!!! Your little one will look so much bigger than the last time!! It's exciting!

Stacey: Thanks!! Glad to hear little Jake is doing well! I would try one of those backpack carriers like someone else suggested. He should be alright to be snug as a bug riding in front for awhile that way you can free up an arm! Have you tried to swaddle him or even put a t-shirt by him that you've worn for a day? It may sound silly but they do like the smell of their mothers and that's how they recognize you for awhile. I'll check out his pics!!

So the name we have decided on is Peyton Theresa  - We don't know if that's how we will spell the middle name or not...Theresa runs in DH's family for generations so I told him to pick the middle name. It was between Lynn or Theresa. But he really liked the name Peyton and I'm happy he did!!!
We are all doing well here - we started telling DS that baby Peyton is in my belly, so he told her bye this morning before he left for the sitters :-) It was cute!!! Potty training is still going good so we are happy about that!!! We are going up to my Dad's later today. DH has a meeting up that way tonight and tomorrow so we're just going to stay with him and visit. Plus I think my stepmom took a vacation day tomorrow so we can go shopping!!!
I'm wanting to go shopping today, but I'm so tired from work last night plus I have to pack for our overnight trip... We did Massage for the Cure yesterday and we were all 100% booked. Benefits and donations went to the Susan G. Komen foundation. We figured if the 600 Massage Envy's nationwide averaged 60 massages yesterday, then we raised $360,000 for them! And that doesn't include any cash donations that were made!! How awesome!! I did pretty good in tips yesterday too! Check in later!!!

mommyin10- You are very lucky to only hbave some nausea and are not getting sick with your twins.  That is great:)  

AFM, my estrogen was 384 yesterday morning and they lowered my dose of Gonal to 112.5.  I have to go in tomorrow.
