Can I still have a baby

I have a 9 year old daughter. I had a c-section when I was 26. I still have regular periods. I am now 35 and want to get pregnant. I havent been able too. Does this mean something is wrong or does your body slow down as you get older.
Thanks

If you have been trying for over a year you should see an RE to make sure that everything is OK.  Fertility declines with age but many ladies have kids at 35 and later.

Good luck!

I too had a section almost 9 years ago(my 2nd), and I had been trying for 5 yrs before we FINALLY got PG. I suggest you see a RE it helped us. Have you had any testing done? Like your FSH(ovarian reserve) , or a HSG to check for blockage? Those are pretty good places to start, you can get that even through your reg. Gyno, it would be much cheaper. :) Good Luck dear! We had scar tissue built up and surrounded my overy, it was catching my egg everymonth so it couldn't make it to the tube to be fertilized. I still had perfect cycles, to the day normal~ We finally caught one of those little boogers though!!
