I was told you could resume normal activity the day after transfer, but I am going to listen to the other women on this forum and have bedrest for 2 days and then keep it easy for a week. I go in tomarrow for my retrieval. Good luck with yours
I was told to take it easy for couple of days b/c they don't want you to raise your body temperature.
Doctors will tell you different things, all I can say is this.
My first transfer, I think that was A factor. My doctor only suggested a few hours of rest and not to overdue myself. I know that there were other factors, but that cycle failed.
The next cycle, I made it a point to take 2 days of pretty much complete bedrest, even though doc didn't say it, bt I had read a lot on here about people that do. I think the idea is to just relax yourself, let them settle in, grab on to your uterus and if you are up and about it could jiggle them out or whatever, but I am now pregnant with twins. 9 weeks tomorrow.
on the third and fourth day I was on light duty and the rest of the 2ww I didn't do much either, it is worth it, why not.
Good luck!
