My numbers have gone back up to 97 so first they were 30 then 26 and now 97
They need me to go back and test again on Tuesday
What an emotional roller coaster
I really have no idea what to think
It sounds like they dont either
Oh well keeping my fingers crossed until Tuesday

This is what I think happened...it's called the vanishing twin....How many
embies did you have put back in???  What can happen is that when one
doesn't make it...the numbers go down and then back up!!!  I am
praying that this is what is causing this....Am I correct in that
you just had IVF???  I am having my ER/ET the beginning of April

I am not sure what the clinic is thinking at this point
I think they are not sure what is going on the nurse was not able to give me any solid information all she said is that the doctor has not asked for an ultrasound at this time and that I should continue taking my prometrium
The only thing that worries me is the pain in my back/shoulders is that not a sign of ectopic pregnancy???

Oh I forgot to mention that yes I did do IVF and they transfered 3 embryos

well then project baby could very well be right it happens alot and is not noticed unless you are having your levels monitered. then i do belive that everything may be ok. good luck to you and keep us posted

I had an ectopic with my last IVF....  the numbers went up slowly, and never
doubled....except later on...I didn't have pain or anything.... but
they didn't see anything in my uterus and then dx me with an ectopic....
Hopefully it is just the vanishing twin thing... (this is when one of the
embies doesn't make it and cuses a problem with rise of hCG..but then it
starts to rise again and the other embie is viable...)   SOOOOO
I wish you lots of luck... I know it will just be a waiting game,
so keep taking that prometrium and pray..... Oh, Do you go for
acupuncture???  That is what I would do if I were you....They say that
acupuncture can help with bloodflow to the uterus....etc....

anyway please keep me posted and I hope everything works out....

Sorry to hear about e. pregnancy
Did you have any shoulder or back discomfort
You are right though all I can do is pray and stay positive that maybe my numbers will keeping going up and I will be blessed enough to have a happy healthy baby
