uncomfortable decisions

ok we all know i came here with an etopic and then the loss of my right tube, and a repair on my left tube. now my dr. has told me thet i really need to go get my left tube fixed, to spare me the pain and anguish of losing another child. he says he dosent think i can handle it. i mean im a woman and my biological clock is in hyper over drive i mean shes blowing smoke for crying out loud!! my dr. has put me on some lovely medications for deperession and my therapyist put me on sleeping medications. i feel like im loseing my mind my dh says i  scream and cry in my sleep. i dont know should i just give up and be happy with the child i already have? or should i keep trying? im so confussed right now they say i have fatty eggs and a large healthy uterus. i mean if its all healthy shouldnt i try? i dont know  i saound like im babbling right now wow these meds are strong

I am sorry to hear of your situation. I too can relate with the misfortunes of tubal pregnancies. I would check to see if they can lower the dose of your AD and SP if by chance, or give you a lighter prescription. As far as your left tube story, I guess you can say we are twin tube sisters, as I only have my left tube to work on, and right now, dealing with the expelling of my tubal pregnancy on my left side ( I have no children). I would not give up hope, yet. There are still many options out there, and if things go astray, in the end you still have your one child.

i'm sorry you are soo overwhelmed. i too understand your situation. i just mc for the 4th time this year. i also have children. two boys 14 and 3 1/2. but the thought of not having another one just kills me. i am trying to just remind myself of the blessing i have and for which i am thankful. on the brighter side of things,  a dear friend of mine lost one of her tubes prior to having children and went on to have 2 beautiful girls. i pray that you can find some peace in the midst of your storm...
