Could I be pregnant or its just a cyst?

Hello everyone! Okay... here is my complicated story. I only have one fallopian tube because i had an etopic preg a year ago so it was removed. Anyway, i always had irregular periods my cycles are so irregualr 28,29,30,31,32,33, and the longest was 35 last December. So now my hubby and I are trying to get preggo again. The month of March we baby dance almost every day since i don't know when I ovulate. My last period was March 15th and lasted 4 days at cycle 33. My problem started on April 10th with sore breast. On the 11th had mild cramping it last it a five days on and off. April 15 I had really painful cramps with lower back pain I had actually thought my period was coming. April 20th with very swollen breast at this time I had already took 4 hpt and were all negative. The following day 21 I felt a weird pain i would say around my uterus. One hour later I had the same painful cramps from the 15th and I started bleeding. Day 21- spotting Day 22- light red flow Day 23- spotting. I know all my symptoms are complicated but has anyone experience symptoms like these. I don't know if am preggo, or its a cyst or what could be the cause? I do know my hubby and I want a baby :). Thanks

Correction:  I meant get an HCG test (not HSG).

It's tough to tell.  I know there can be cramping and spotting during implantation.  You should call your doctor right now and get a beta HSG test asap as sometimes those HPT tests are inaccurate.  If your last period was in March, the doctor should be able to tell if you're pregnant or not at this time.  Good luck!
