negative hpt 10 days after first embryo transfer, any chance it could be inaccurate

Hi, new to this website.   I  am 40 yrs old and my husband and I had our first embryo transfer done two weeks ago today.  I did hpt on day 10 after the transfer and it was negative.  Using Crinone gel and having horrible pinky, brownish discharge and presume transfer has not been successful??   Blood test today but not holding out much hope for a positive result.  Anyone else experienced this situation.  Would love to hear any success stories.

Have you gotten your beta yet, sometimes bleeding is from implantation, I had a transfer done on the 15th and we got a BFP at day 8,everyone is different, so don't lose hope

pinky brownish discharge is possible it's from implantation but not always. When is your blood test?
I have not had any success with IVF, but when I did my first, I had tested positive at 8 days pt.  I had a miscarriage.

I am wishing you lots of luck!!
