Implantation Cramping or Possible Ectopic?

I had IUI for the second time on 3/30 so I am 7dpo today.  I am worried because the last day or two I have been feeling sharp pains/twinges in my lower abdomen.  Not like menstrual cramps but more like the ovulation pain I sometimes experience.  If there is a fertilized egg in there (God willing) I am worried it may be implanting in the fallopian tube right now...and will result in an ectopic pregnancy.

Does anyone have any experience with this?  Any similar symptoms?  I won't test for another week so if this pain continues I'm gonna go mad I think.

Well, the pain I was having last night went away.  Still having twinges and crampiness though.  Trying not to overanalyze, but I don't remember getting cramps this soon before my period is due (TMI but I usually spot 4-6 days before AF and then I know she's coming the exact day the cramps start).  Who knows.  My body is nutzoid anyway so I shouldn't even pay attention to these things.  I have been pretty tired the last three days though...with mild headaches just like I used to get when I was pregnant with my daughter 4 years ago.  so here's hoping!

I had an ectopic back in june and the 2 pregnancies I had after that I had pain on the same side as my ectopic and according to my doc it is way to small to feel it yet, and that it was most likely the corpus luteom cycst (sp?)...
Try not to worry..I know its hard..Good Luck and hope you get your BFP!

I have an ectopic pg before and I think we won't feel it that early. I hope it's a good sign of BFP.  Good luck
