Hi there. Its is all dependent on your length of cycle. my cycle is 31 days and i ovulate any where from day 12 - 17.
THey say if you have a 29 day cycle you should BD every other day starting from day 10.
Ie: 10; 12;14;16;
Or alternaticly 3 days a weeks. +-
Also you should try and chart your cm and also if you get any twings when on a side it is probally ovulation. good luck.
