to those with BFP's or chem pregnancies

So I am still paranoid. I got my BFP, and the betas have trended up, and the dr. says they look good. My u/s is sched for the 22nd. I just don't feel different.  My boobs are only sore at night, I am not much more tired than usual, no nausea. The only abd feelings I have I can only describe as a 'buzzing' in my lower abdomen. I pee alot, but am also on PIO shots & estrace. Tuesday I'll be 6 weeks. Is this normal? Those with BFP's: is this how you are/were? Those who had chem preg or early miscarraige: what were your early symptoms?
Thanks for feedback, I am so scared I'll have my u/s & be severely disappointed...

I had a biochemical pregnancy in July. My early symptoms were constant dull lower abdominal cramping and nausea. Also, my hpt was a very light positive and very low beta hCG (7& 9). If your Dr. says the numbers a good then please believe him. He wouldn't give you false hopes. I had a BFP in 2006 with my son's IVF/pregnancy My numbers were 68 and 548, 2 days later. I had absolutely no symptoms and couldn't wait for the u/s the verify the pregnancy because I didn't feel pregnant at all. I delivered a healthy baby boy. Have faith and don't obsess over symptoms. Sometimes symptoms are overrated. Good luck and blessings!!

Well babyalila i would like to say if you were to have a m/c at this point, there is nothing you could do to prevent it. With that said

Stress is not good so try to think positive, all pregnancies are not the same, some women dont get symptoms until further along, like 10 weeks some women get symptoms early. I didnt get symptoms until i was like 8 weeks. Your still early in the pregnancy.(when i always think about symptoms and how far along i was, to myself i say technically your only 2 weeks, bcuz the other four weeks conception did not happen, so u only had this formation taking place for about 2 weeks now) thats how i like to look at things.

Again, you have some symptoms, peeing a lot and sore boobs. Try to stay positive and see how your u/s goes, you said the betas look good so there is no need to worry about anything.  Congrats and have a Healthy Nine Months
