Embryo transfer

Hi all,
I am new to this community,I'm 35 yr old trying 2nd cycle of IVF with ICSI now.Kn0wn case of PCOS with hypo thyroidism.
My ET was on 28th Oct, 2 embryos were transferred on 3rd day (both 4-cell division one with no fragmentation and another with little fragmentation).I am worried as i'm getting pimples on 7th day of my ET that is today.
Is anbody out there with similar situation??

I had 2 embryo transferred on oct19th. I got pimples too around the 2 week of 2ww. I got a positive. Going for third beta tomorrow. Good luck to you!
