Infertility

recently my gynie has discovered some polyps in my uterus. Are these tge major causr of infertility ? Should I removr them, as I'm already 42 and will try IVF in the next 12months.

I also had a polyp removed but after I found out I had a miscarriage.  I have sign had twins & had to have them removed again so they do grow back.

Yes, I had mine removed and they were the reason my first ivf didn't work. My embryo wasn't able to implant with all those polyps in there. I've had two successful ivf procedures since but they both ended with mc. I would definetly have the scope done to remove them before trying ivf. Best of luck to you!!
