Early PG

Hi Ladies! I have kind of just been reading posts, but I just got a call from my Dr.  I had blood taken on Wednesday I was 13 DPO.  I tested on Tuesday night, I know way to early but for the last 2 weeks since I O'd I had a feeling I was PG.  Well, I had a faint BFP.  Anyway,  the nurse said my # was 64.  I knew it would be low, so I go again on Friday, but will have to wait all weekend for those #'s.  After having 2 MC and 1 ruptured etopic in the last 6 months I am very cautiously optimistic, but for some reason this time I have the feeling of what ever is going to happen will.

I know there are some ladies here who are right around the same time, my LMP was July 18th.  I got a positive OPK on Aug 1st.

Congrats.. this is great news.. at 13dpo that is a good number.. they like to see it at around 100 at 14dpo and yours probably will be.. congrats.. keep us posted!!

i was told low progesterone can cause a miscarriage early on in pregnancy..we need progesterone to sustain a pregnancy through the first 8-10 weeks.  I was also told it will not help sustain a pregnancy thta is not okay.  Hope that helps and good luck!

Can low progesterone cas a MC? I was wondering bc I've only been preg. 2 times and both ended in a MC. I never had it checked but if it can cause it then I will def. have them check it if I see a BFP!!! :) Good luck to all!!

Cramping is very normal. Congrats on the bfp!!!! The number is just fine :) The most important thing is that it goes up and doubles every 48-72 hrs. 64 sounds just great!

Yes, this was a natural cycle for me, but because of the 2 prior MC they will probably put me on the progesterone (even though they did not test it like I asked) she said.  Its really frustrating when I get blood work it takes about a day and a half to get the results back.  I go to a lab and they send it to a larger city to be processed.  Although tonight my back started hurting a bit and I am having some (not too bad) cramping.  I don't remember that before, but I guess it is normal?  Good Luck!!

Congrats! I am right ahead of you..on 14dpo i was a 53 and 120 at 16dpo.  My LMP was july 15....my progesterone is low though so iam being supported with prometrium. Tomorrow i go for blood work again to ensure they are rising and if all is good an ultrasound on monday.  Was this a natural cycle for you? I get my results in the afternoon..you cant? this was our first month of follistim and BD! I am hoping my numbers keep on going up..good luck!!!
