11 days late negative test

Hi there, I am 11 days late, all test negative so far, but I am experiencing few symptoms such as head aches, lower ab pains, moody, and very tired. I remember from my last pregnancy that I had a + test on the 41st day of my cycle and was 9 days late. I have regular cycle, usually between 31 and 33 days.
Has anyone had or is having a similar kind of experience?

ps all tests were done with first morning urine.

Hello, thanks for your response, unfortunately I wasn't pregnant, after a 48 days cycle I started my period... this never happen before and was very shocked as during those 2 weeks I had lower abdominal discomfort and I still ask myself why.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These can be the symptoms of pregnancy. Hence to confirm the status of pregnancy, I suggest you to test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test 10 days post ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test. Also then I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
