Fertility chances

A 45 year-old woman had 4 children through c-section and cut her fallopian tubes 15 years ago to no longer have children. She still menstruates. If she has surgery to connect her fallopian tubes again, is it possible that she can have children again?

due to her age she should have testing done such as fsh, afc etc, because, even though she has menestration, doesn't always mean she's ovulating.. and due to her age she may want to consider skipping the untieing her tubes and do ivf.. and if her eggs fail, she still has the option of donor eggs.. good luck i wish woman can have babies at any age and anytime she soo desires

Its possible, but miscarriage is very high at that age.
If its something she really wants she should talk to her Dr first and have her hormone levels checked as well as her overall general health.
Good luck.
