Has anyone heard of treating a chemical pregnancy with baby aspirin?   How is this suppose to work?

Baby aspirin is supposed to thin the blood.  However, if your blood is not the problem, you could thin normal blood to a point where the fertilized egg won't be able to attach.  Get tested first!

i agree with you gals, that term does suck. (they used it on me too)
Well I'm waiting for AF, when she comes I have to schedule my HSG, doc gave me some xantax for the anxiety and told me to take 4 advils too.  Maybe, hopefully AF doesn't come and I get a BFP instead, fingers crossed!!!

Yea..I agree, it's something that sounds like a term they made up to minimize your loss.

It's awful, because I knew when I o'd and did everything right, suffered through the TWW and tested 12DPO and got lines on the HPT, took the digital and it said PREGNANT.  I was so happy, esp since we m/c in Dec.

I can't believe it, 4 days later BFN.  I got the HCG level back from PCP's office.  It was just 6.  That was on Tuesday.  MY OB is making me coming in again, but it seems pointless.  I'm sure it was down to zero by Weds.

Mother Nature....what a way to mess with your mind!!!

never heard of that. i have heard that they recommend taking baby aspiin if you have had recurrent losses. a chemical pregnancy is just a stupid term used for very early miscarriage. i hate that term, i think it minimalizes your loss. i am sorry you are going through this...

Yvette, I've never heard of treating a chem pg with baby aspirin, but I've read many times that taking a daily dose of baby aspirin (80mg) while ttc will help because it draws more blood to the uterus.

My guess it that it thins the blood a little bit and that helps somehow.  *shrug*

I've heard of it too, I would be interested in trying that.  I think my last m/c was chemical pregnancy. My first wasn't though.
