Follicle Sizes before Ovulation

I had an ultrasound done today and was told that 95% of my follicles were mature and over 1cm (or is it 1mm) My edo long was .73 so now I am not sure what all of this means... If any one has any information I would love to be greatly informed :)

I am at the beginning stages of fertility care. I have seriously abnormal periods (1 every 7 months). I don't actually do for my consultation until the but I had to have an ultrasound done bc I have a uti and they wanted to rule out cysts. The tech was nice enough to answer some of my folli and lining questions. I dont know what I would do without google!

From what I know, mature follicles are considered 18 mm or more (1.8 cm). Mine were 15 mm when I took my trigger shot but they grow after still. What procedure are you getting ready for? IUI? IVF?
