Hi ladies,

Annabrita, you should defintely look into seeing an RE or at least another OB.  I can't believe yours doesn't want to monitor you while on Clomid.  That doesn't even sound ethical for him/her to prescribe something and not monitor you while on it.   Ovarian cysts can cause sharp pains in your ovaries, bloating, severe stomach aches, that kind of stuff.

Helen72 I feel a twinge of jealousy also of women who know how many follicles they get each cycle!   Maybe we'll be talking about embryos next month and it won't matter about follicles so much.  (-:

It does seem to rain, pour and storm all at the same time. This court thing I was at this week was the result of a car accident that's been in litigation for 4 years!   The trial was this week, I had to testify twice and of course be in court for several days during the trial.  Very stressful.  And the judgement wasnt in my favor, even though police records, eye witness testimony and the other driver all admit HE was at fault.  It was a very bizarre weird case and I'm kind of in shock right now.  I'll bounce back.

Thanks for your support!

My doc would not give me another clomid prescription without checking for cysts first!  I think that pain on a right or left side is a sign of an ovarian cyst.  Sounds like you sould find an RE.  My doc is low-tech and did not do an u/s when I was on clomid so I have no idea how i responded to clomid.  However, since my job is not very flexible and I cannot just leave for an appointment whenever, it is OK with me. I do feel jelous though about ladies knowing how many follicles they got each cycle....

Nope, no meds.  however, will be trying IUI.  If this does not work will do clomid+IUI next cycle.
Make sure your doctor monitors you with this higher dose of clomid for ovarian cysts.

Cycle day 7 too!   I'm hoping I'll be in 2ww with you all.  It's been a trying couple of weeks for me.  Been in court most of this week, working my 2nd job and trying not to obsess over my dwindling ovarian reserve.....ug!!

You all are the highlight of my day!!
