If the vaginal discharge has no irritation, smell, or itchiness associated with it, you shouldn't be alarmed. Bowel movements and kegel-like straining can push cervical mucus to the vaginal opening. If this isn't something you see often, it may be due to your body producing a tad more estrogen this particular cycle. Estrogen triggers CM and the body may produce a surge mid-way through the luteal phase. There's also a chance that this is a sign of pregnancy, but a creamy discharge usually happens a few weeks after implantation. Good luck TTC!

Hi honey what your describing sounds like IBS.Ive had it for years and got freaked when i 1st noticed the white discharge. But my doctor reassured me its a symptom of IBS.As well as the discharge and bloated do you also have gas or wind?I have spasms in left side that are made worse by certain foods especially coffee.Sounds like IBS to me,get your doctor to confirm it and if it is then you need to change your diet asap. Not too much fibre and only 2 portions of fruit per day as any more makes IBS a lot more severe.Hope i was helpfull to you Bev xx
