HERBS!

Im hearing alot about herbs that can make you more fertile.... My FSH was 10 the last time it was tested, RE said it was borderline.. Now MDH is on this kick with herbs,,,, Telling me to take royal jelly, Vitex(chaste tree), red clover blossom,,,,, And he added sasparilla tea,, and wants me to take some false unicorn root... Did anyone have any luck with these. He doesnt really understand he thinks that im not very fertile, but I also have had my left tube taken out and they cleared my right,, but I dont think anything is passing through that or either the scar tissue grew back...

I had a lot of issues with my cycles and I was annovulatory so my GYN said.. I stared dieting, and I took prenatal vitamins along with Vitex (can get them from GNC). one during the day and the other at night. But around my fertil days I would stop taking them. The only thing with Vitex is that you should take it when you conceive. So i had to had a schedule and I took my BBT and charted which helped me know when and when not to take it.. I helped me a lot and even prenatal vitamins are a wonderful start because it gives you plenty of nutrients to jump start everything. Along with the vitamins and vitex, charting and checking my cervical mucus and cervix position REALLLY helped a lot. FYI- I'm 27 weeks pregnant. And i too thought I would never be able to make it this far. Have faith and keep pushing yourself. If anyone needs any advice feel free to message me :-)

I would talk to you RE before you take ANY herbs or over the counter medications.  The only one of those I've ever heard of is Vitex, but I'd worry that they could interact with whatever the Re puts you on.
