Am I crazy?

Okay I'm on Metformin and Clomid... I got my period on 10/23. We had sex that same day and then this past Sunday.. 10/31.. I got a positive ovulation test... we then in turn had sex sunday night, monday night, and last night. (today is wednesday) All day today I've been nauseous, I've thrown up twice, every thing stinks, my breasts hurt like crazy, my nipples are constantly hard all day...  and i've been overly emotional and getting more upset over things than I normally would. I'm also peeing a LOT more but drinking little and when I have to pee it's a sudden thing and I'm barely making it to the bathroom in time. I'm cramping some like I would the couple days before my period but it's too early for that.

My question is, could I have gotten pregnant on the 23 and be showing REALLY early signs? Can I have ovulated if I did and the egg just hadn't implanted yet? Or is it possible that I got pregnant Sunday or Monday and just am showing symptoms seriously early? Or is my mind just playing tricks on me? I feel like i'm going crazy here and i don't know how to react...

I'm going to try to hold out until the 25th to take a test. I'm due for the 20th but a few extra days won't hurt right? I keep trying to convince myself not to get my hopes up but its so hard!!!

Well I have been on Metformin for about 6mths now and this was my 2nd Cycle of Clomid. I charted and checked my CM last month and noticed when I Oed and this month it was so different. My temps are low and I have not had normal CM. SO I called the Doc I am going on Tuesday day 30 of my cycle. But they didnt tell what I was going in for so is life right I will keep you in my prayers also keep our fingers crossed.

well I'm still doing everything and my stomach is cramping more. I haven't had any discharge at all which is kind of odd for me... My lower back always hurts due to a building disc so I can't consider that as a symptom. I took an answer early result test today, I thought it was too early but was appeasing a friend. Test was negative, but I'm not giving up hope.

How long have you been trying and been in the metformin and clomid? When I saw my doctor monday he said another patient had just found or she was 6 weeks after her only second month of it... So I'm hopeful. I'll cross my fingers and, if you don't mind, will keep you in my prayers. I will update if anything more happens.

Well I dont think your crazy. I fell the same way I started my period on 10/11 and like 5days after I started cramping and lower back pain and had blood with CM sorry TMI nausea and other sx. But I cant figure out when I am going to O or if I am. I did take Clomid and Metformin this cycle also. I have heard that you can O early on Clomid. Another thing I have not had any CM. So we are not crazy we are confused. Keep me updated as will I ok. Sending Baby Dust your way
