I was preg 5 times in 4 years and so I would guess that means not preg probably 200 times in 4 years. I know it's hard.
In hindsight ---- symptoms were always the meds. If you are not testing positive on a HPT which can detect a very small amount of HCG, then it would also not be enough HCG to make you sick (yet) due to pregnancy.

It would be from the hormones. Are you taking estrogen? If so, you might call the doc and discuss the dose. It might need to be increased, or you might need to spread it out (in other words, if you are having a shot every three days, you might need to do half the dose every 1 1/2 days instead.
