You did IUI before, right?!!! I think you are going for IVF now, right? It should work. You are still very young. Gosh!!! This is SO hard!!!! I wish you good luck in this cycle. You deserve this as all of us. I have done 4 failed IVF but I'm much older than you. Im waiting for my next cycle with better eggs:)

Good luck!!!

After my first IUI I went about my regular activities like working, cleaning, running etc. and it didn't work... After 2nd I took it really easy and didn't run for two weeks, and it still didn't work... And then I thought I did everything in moderation after 3rd and 4th and it still didn't work... I hope I'm not depressing you by this :) but all I'm trying to say is that what you're doing physically will not affect the outcome. I would definitely stick to the dietary restrictions listed by Mariana101, though! Good luck!

......and No raw meat, raw fish, brie cheese, mayo (because it has raw eggs), swordfish (because of high mercury) and cold cuts unless they are heated (because of bacteria).

Take it easy the three days afterwards and then no heavy lifting like Hopefulcb said. You can go back to regular exercise you are in used to it but I wouln't force it!! Walking is great and deep breathings as well. Retail therapy is even better! hahahaha!!! Yea right?! just kidding but you know what I mean.

Good luck:)

I asked my DR post IUI and he told me there was no restrictions.  I was a little more cautious and didn't do anything too strenuous like lifting weights or anything.  It will be interesting whether any other Drs have recommended otherwise.
