I've actually done quite a bit of research on this. I currently am taking Evening Primrose Oil (EPO). It is supposed to help regulate your cycles and improve CM. If you go to the m/c forum and search for Vitamins for increased CM you should be able to find my post and all of the research us gals over there have done. The most important thing to note with it is that it is NOT to be taken after O. You can only take it the first half of your cycle.
Also, I have DH on 1000mg of Vitamin C. It's supposed to be really good for his swimmers.
I tried Vitex and Damianna and Siberian Gingseng but nothing worked for me! I was going through alot of stress then so all i got was an extra 10lbs gained my pap came bk abnormal and i got forced to stop TTC!! I have heard good things about herbs though and i do believe they can work for some people it just depends on ur personal situation u know how long you been trying what med. problems you have etc.. But i do think trying these first b4 going to a dr is not a bad idea it could possibly work and save you alot of $$!! GL !!
