HCG Level Question

My last af was 10-1, got labs done yesterday, HCG 126 Progesterone 10.8.  Nurse practioner said normal for 2-3 wks pg.  Have u/s scheduled for Nov 9th due to 2 mc this year.  Anyway, just wondering if anyone knows much about hcg levels, and what your opinion is on where mine are.  Thanks in advance for any advice or opinion.  Tina

hmmm it is frustrating that dr. don't seem to understand that even if we loose a pg in the first week it is devestating.. what does it cost them to prescribe it?  Nothing... they act like it is not as important as it is...

Thanks for all your info, nurse called back and spoke to doc on call, they want me to come in on monday for another test before they do anything.  They said because I concieved natural with no meds.  It is a bit in the low range, but still normal for now.  This is sooo frustrating!!

in the end taking them wont hurt you and it could help my level was 13 at three weeks pregnant and I take 200mg (vaginal) sopositories 3x a day  I am now 9w5d

I think it is in the very low normal range... I would question that... please don't wait especially with 2 mc this could have been the cause...

I thought prog. was low too, and asked if it was too low.  NP said it is within normal range, and to just come in for U/S nov 9th

I agree with melimeli - you should definately request progestrone supplements (usually in a pill form - internally inserted)...

My last af was 10-2.  I think I O'd on CD 15 or 16 and I believe I implanted late on CD 27 (11 DPO--just 3 days ago).

I had a beta yesterday and it was only 18 so I go back tomorrow for a follow up.  But if I just implanted 3 days ago, could this be right?

you progesterone is low and you should ask about supplements... your hcg is fine for the time... it doesn't matter how high they are they just need to double every 48 hours you could ask to have them repeated tomorrow around the same time as the last one to make sure... but do ask about supplements for progesterone.
