IUI April 8 & 9

Hi all,

I had my IUI on April 8 and 9 - needless to say I am anxious about the results. Any advice or good wishes to help me through? I have to go for the pregnancy test April 25. I am trying to be very optimistic as my brests are feeling very swollen and I am tired. The sinus infection I have right now is not helping. I am very nervous as I had an ectopic in January 2009.....

what is gonal f..i had my  first iui with clomid nd that trigger shot a day before iui ... ready for the second but this time RE increased clomid 50mg to 100mg..iui on may 1st

Also, I had my second IUI with gonal f this past Friday and feel totally anxious I almost wish I new either way at this point and the body changes are so hard, I am crossing my fingers for both of us!

thanks so much - i have had a weird last few hours - had some spotting last night and then clear discharge since yesterday AM. I am bloated and my stomach is hard. I have been peeing like crazy and haven't seen any other spotting since last night...aaahhh the agony of the 2WW

Hi girls how are you all doing?
I had my Day 3 labs and ultrasound yesterday and RE said everything seems good and i can start CLOMLID from DAY5 and scheduled for ultrasound and trigger shot on 30th of this month. and IUI on may 1st..i just wonder how much do we have to wait ..lol .
now this 1 week wait then 2ww then 9 moths:)
And this time she increased clomid 50mg to 200 mg..hope it works..last time i had only 1 big follicle...fingers crossed..

I tested this morning ( Australia time ) and it was negative.......:-(  But i'm not as moody as i was.......So like you, i'm getting ready for the next cycle.

Hi Ladies - I am a nervous WRECK! My friend kept me away from teh drug stores all weekend - I am going for blood test on Saturday April 25. I have been really tired and noticed a lot of creamy white discharge over the weekend. I am so anxious - trying to hold out until Saturday.

To:Pearl1980, sorry about your bad news, let's look toward next cycle and trying it again.

Pearl1980 : sorry to hear your news but please try to be as positive as you can (blood test isn't comfirm yet anyway).   Haven't said that, in the last 10 days there were momments which  i was so crazy and miserable ( every 2ww always i tried to stay calm but ....)  I realized that this journey is not as easy as i thought.  It comprises of hope, strength, faith and calm.  And no matter how advanced our technology is God still the one who decides for us.  "Everything happens for a reason" this is what i keep telling myself when i'm in doubt.

I'm new to this too but i think you may have to test again tomorrow and stay positive.  Depends on your Hcg dose, the lowest dose clear out by day 7th.

Girls its a negative...i couldnot wait until monday for bloodtest results so i took CLEARBLUE test and it said NOT PREGNANT..and i have brown discharge since afternoon which i always get a day before AF..so now i am out of this cycle...

hi i had IUI on the 8th told to test on 24th its driving me crazy, so tired atm... I dont do the dpo never told to.... just wanted to chat to others going through this lisa

Can someone please give me advice?!  I had an IUI on April 6th.  I do not feel like I usually do when my AF is going to start.  I have had creamy discharge and no spotting, which I usually have 5 days before start.  I also had a fever on both 7and 8dpo.  No irritability either.  Anyway, I did a digital First Response yesterday, which was 10dpo/piui.  Positive.  I called the doctor and he reminded me that I had a trigger HCG shot and that could still be in my system.  The shot was also on April 6.  This morning I did two tests.  One had a faint, faint line and the digital said Negative.  Any advice?   Still no spotting and AF is supposed to start Monday.

I found 10dpc isn't enough time for the level to build up, so the best is to waite for 2 weeks.  

Pearl1980:  Sore breast normally happens a few day before AF, so if you have sore breasts after 8dpo, it's a good sign.

kwame's girl - Good luck with your 2ww..Its really a torture...I am going in for preg.test tomm.I had IUI on april 4th and its first...I dont have any symptoms except sore breasts but its always happen before AF..fingers crossed..

Why are you going in so late for the pregnancy test?  I had my IUI on the 10th and my doc told me to start testing 2 weeks after...but I will start really testing at 10DPO.
