IVF - anyone starting a cycle?

Anyone else starting their cycle? Today is my shot of Lupron.   Anyone else on this track??

I am starting my meds on Thursday!! Woohoo!!! I am so excited. We are starting on Gonal F 150 and one vial of menopur.  Anyone else starting soon???

Just wanted to wish you luck!  Glad you are moving on after a long wait.

I did have one other IVG try but I responded to well to the medication and my estrogen was to low so I didn't even get to retrieval or transfer.  I go in the 26th for my suppression check and then I will be told what my stim drug protocol will be.  I know what you mean about all of the shots.  It is a lot to think about.

Hi Kaprovea,

I started my lupron on monday 8/11. Tonight, I did Lupron, follistim, and repronex powder. This is my 2nd IVF attempt. This combo of drugs is different than my first.  I feel like a mad scientist getting my shots together every night. And I have a vision board of happy images of babies, pregnant women, and women around my age (late 30s) who have had babies. right near my "lab."  

Is this your first IVF?

I had my retrieval the 31 og july but didn't do the transfer cause of cysts and fluid.I got my af today and i'll start 2 weeks of lupron and wait until the lining build up and then go for the transfer.

I went for my retrieval this morning. So for the last several weeks I have been in your shoes. Sometimes it is frustrating trying to remember all the injections and dosages, what you can and cant eat or drink. Amazing, when I had my2 older sons never in my wildest dreams would I have thought about having to walk through these mountains. Maybe GOD is teaching us patience, maybe he needs us to understand how precious our children are. Sometimes we get so caught up in the small things our kids do we forget the important. They say when you work hard for something you appreciate it more. I think we can all say this is hard work.
