IVF low vit D blood test (level 22)

Hi,

I don't drink milk, my Vitamins D blood test  is at 22, Insufficency 20-29. My MD asked me to take 2000iu of a Vitamin D supplement. Would it be ok if i take a calcium w/Vitamin D? I started taking Citra-Natal vitamin (prenatal vitamin that my fertility doctor prescribed 2weeks ago the vitamins have been giving me heart burn, maybe it is preparing me for pregnancy....hahaha).

Are you concerned about taking a calcium supplement that has added vitamin D because of the heavy load of vitamin D you will already be taking?  It is very possible to get a calcium supplement that has no added D.

I had to take supplements, too, but took opposite my vitamins.
