Im a 43 yr old womens married the man of my dreams after meeting him 21yrs ago, this is hard for me because we are very private, he went to jail with never having his own children i have had to healthy young men, now that we have been married for 3yrs he really want his own, he's missing something and i feel bad cause i can not produce it for him without surgery and lots of money we are having a hard time coming up with. If you have any suggestions and know a good doctor close by please let me know and mentally what can i do, we both work very hard and this is taken over our lives in a major way.

Is your husband still in jail?  If so I don't know how he can biologically have his own children with you.  And I wouldn't be comfortable raising a child with their father in jail.  It's not fair to the child.  What issues getting pregnant are you having?  Donor eggs and sperm are an option.  IVF or IUI is another.

Where do you live?  Are you open to using donor eggs?  That might be a great option... just a thought.
