I'm pregnant but have no symptoms??

I have been confirmed pregnant but still waiting to do my 1st u/s next week, but I am not feeling any breast tendereness or soreness or any other symptoms? although I had the typical symtpoms during the 2ww but now gone? Has anyone experienced the same?
I thought the 2ww was the worst then I discovered ,no the Beta hell is the worst but now I am discovering that the 1st u/s is as stressful as the remaining..??? it doesn't stop does it? or are we being just very paranoid about the whole process?

I know that when I was pregnant 8 1/2 years ago, I didn't feel a THING until I was on a cruise with the whole family at 10 weeks and all of a sudden....nautiousness and puking all day every day for 10 full weeks!!!!!   It is exciting to "feel" preggo, so just look at baby things etc, that will help! :)
