Hi from what i know for women who have a 28 day cycle like i have myself, ovulation would be somewhere between days 9-16 of the cycle.Implantation is not felt by all women but if it is then it usually happens on or around when your period is due although sometimes it can be a few days earlier. We are all diffferent so we can never really compare with anyone else. And the implantation bleeding again is not a symptom that everyone will experience. The best way to know is try and predict ovulation by using an ovulation kit and having your progesterone levels checked to confirm ovulation has taken place, then you can maximise your chances by BDing on the appropriate days of your cycle.Bev xx
I have 28 day cycle and this cycle we started BDing from CD6 every alternate days and BD on both CD14 and CD15.
But I saw very very light pink colored CM on CD16. Why is that? May be due to implantation? Was not sure to continue BDing or not?
It could be implantation bleeding...although most women actually do not get any bleeding/spotting at implantation. Unless you have a very long period, though, the day after it ends is probably not the best time to get pregnant. Basically, the closer to ovulation, the better, and most women ovulate about a week or so after their period ends (give or take a few days).
Most women do not have a "regular" 28 day cycle...it varies quote a bit from person to person...but just to give you an idea, if you do have a 28 day cycle, you probably ovulate between day 12 and day 16 of your cycle. So if your period ends on day 6, lets say, and you have sex the day after on day 7, that means the sperm have to survive several days in your uterus/tubes before they can fertilize an egg. So to maximize your chances, you'd probably be better off continuing to have intercourse maybe every other day (or more) for another week or so (depending on how long your cycles are).
Of course, non of that matters if it is in fact implantation bleeding you're experiencing :-)
Best of luck with everything!
