Ovarian Cysts... symtoms??

Can someone tell me if they have had an ovarian cyst before.. & if so then what symptoms you had?? I know somethin's goin on in there but i dont know what. Its similar to pregnancy cramps (from what i had last time) but i know what im feeling could also be associated with the cysts. Just a little worried thats all. Thanks! *Autumn

I have had cysts, major cysts. Most of the time I can tell that I have a small one and it causes some light twinges. Then every few months they cause bad cramps, about once a year I will have a large cyst that ruptures like no other. The last one I had was so severe that I had a burning sensation in my stomach that slowly spread all day then I started having terrible stabbing pains. I was afraid that it was my appendix or I had an ectopic pregnancy. It was so horrible that I was wailing with tears which I had never done from pain. They cause a lot of symptoms. You may want to see your Doctor if you just finished with your period and you are still having the pains. Best of luck!!

Alright, well ive thought i could be pregnant for the past month or so. ive had a dull crampy feeling in my stomach for the past 4 weeks ago. I tested right before my period was due & it was negative.. tho i would have only been 2 weeks preg at the time so it might not have showed up. I had my period on Sept. 18th (was normal the first day with lots of cramping) and then light for the next 3. Once i got af i figured no im not pregnant i guess.. but now i still have the same cramps. The past few days they feel like menstrual cramps.. but i just got DONE with my period..! Ive been thinking about going into the doctor but havent yet.

I get them off an on. I have had them and never felt them even. The ones I have felt really weren't that big, about the size of a ball in a ballpoint pen. It was a constant burning/aching/throbbing pain. It felt much like an infection, very localized. Mine have always dissolved.

Hey, I had a pretty big one last month and I had some pain on one side. It would come and go, and was never that bad. Mine didn't feel like cramps but I'm sure it could. I would feel it when I'd work out, and a few times in the middle of the night I'd wake up and it would hurt. Do you know if there's a chance your pregnant? Where are you in your cycle? That could tell a lot. Around ovulation sometimes I feel crampy and on my sides as things are getting ready...
