trying to conceive

Hi I'm 26years old been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years. We have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now. (we have never used protection while together, but have actually been trying for over a year) I've had an HSG done and Semen Analysis. Everything came back normal. I get my period every month about every 30-32 days. My doctor had me do BBT and told me I wasn't ovulating. My doctor put me on Clomid 50mg, I've took that for the last two months. This month he's put me on 100mg of Clomid. I'm still taking my BBT and it shows now that I've been ovulating around day 15 but still I don't get pregnant. What can I do to increase my chances?, or what is my next step if clomid doesn't work? I'm just wondering if maybe there could be something else wrong with me. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation?

You may also want to add using opks to your regimine. BBT is great, I have been doing it as long as I can remember. But, it tells you once it is too late to conceive. Once your temps are up, the window is over. By using opks or a monitor, you will know ahead of time. This gives you the day b4 o and the day of o to bd.

Hey! I'm doing the same thing as you are. Last month we did clomid/hcg/iui, but i only produced 1 egg on 50mg. So they upped my meds to clomid 100mg. I just had an u/s done this morning and this time i produced 2 mature follies!! Yay!! Hopefully that up my chances for conception this month! Please, please, please!! :)  What cd on you on right now? I'm doing my hcg shot tonight, and then iui on wednesday. Are you seeing a Ob or a RE? And since you've been on clomid, are they monitering you at all with u/s? Because if you produce  more then 1, even though you've been ovulating, if you don't ovulate all your mature follies they could turn into cysts. Through u/s you can make sure you don't have any. Nothing is wrong with you. :) It just takes time and patience! I know, it's hard to be patient when you want a baby so bad!! That's good that your b/f SA came out good. That's half the worry! :) My dh and i just had a baby in Dec, but she was stillborn, so we're hoping God will bless us with another sweetie SOON! I know she's in heaven and God is taking care of her until i get there. Then i can give her all the kisses in the world and hold her forever and never let her go! :) We've been trying to get pregnant since Feb, and just started medicated cycles, this is our second medicated. We're hoping that will get us pregnant faster. We're also using preseed, maybe you and your b/f could try that. I've heard all good things about it. Plus, if you order it online you get free preg tests with it! Good luck and keep in touch!
