All are in excellent condition; you could probably look them up on Amazon for a review.

I did find each helpful in it's own way. I tried some of the suggestions in The Infertility Diet, and I believe it contributed to getting my progesterone in line. There are recipes in both of the diet books. I would find it difficult to follow the diets strictly, but I did incorporate many of the suggestions. I found the Survival Guide a bit of a downer, but maybe that's because I'm 39 and it was telling me things I didn't want to hear about fertility rates at my age. Some form of denial on my part. But I'm happy to pass them along, no need to pay. They'd have just gone into the garage sale pile for 25 cents!
