Unsettling

I was waiting to go to the doctor's for blood work to confirm a pregnancy. A pregnancy that I think was all in my head  and heart. AF was 4days late, only to show up this morning. Is it wrong to hope AF leaves today hoping there is a chance that I'm with child.

I don't want to think that my head is making up all of these pregnancy symptoms, even nausea right as we speak.

I agree with wanting4#1  Never give up hope.  I sat down with my RE last week and like you my last cycle was a little off due to clomid and I really though I was pregnant. She explained to me that anytime you take fertility meds you it can change the natural pattern of your body; couple that with a strong desire to concieve (being more in tune with your body) and like wanting4#1 said, is hard to predict symptoms.

I really hope the next cycle is yours, mine and wanting4#1.

Stay positive, cause I know we'll all get there.

Don't be so hard on yourself.  It isn't that your head is making up all of these pregnancy symptoms, it's that the hormones that are produced after ovulation have the same symptoms as pre-pregnancy or pre-AF.  That is why it is so hard to 'predict' pregnancy from symptoms.  Those symptoms are made worse if you are on medications to help with fertility!

It is never wrong to hope, but don't beat yourself up about it!

Good luck and maybe the next cycle is your lucky one!!
