slight bleeding

Hi,
This morning I went to the bathroom and notice slight bleeding when I wiped. It was not on the panty shield.

I paniced of course, called the nurse and was told " If it slows down and turned brown, that it was my cervics irritated from the vaginal progesterone. I felt very light cramping which felt like the regular daily cramps I get.
It did slow and I still don't see anything on the panty shield but, I am nervous.

I cannot help but think about miscarriages.

I transfered on Nov 2nd with donor eggs 2ww it was positive with hcg120 3days later positive with hcg575.

I know It might not be a popular question but does this sound anything like miscarriage.

I had the same thing as you (slight spotting upon wiping) and then brownish for a day and then haven't had anything since. I also did not take progesterone vaginally but rather injections so it can be due to other reasons other than vaginal inserts. For me, my RE said it is very common to have this and is no reason for concern. I am almost 22 weeks along now with twin girls! I know it is very scary but please do not panic : )

I was bleeding through most of my first trimester.  I am almost 32 weeks.  Bleeding/spotting is not uncommon and does not always means m/c.  Do another hcg test if you have any doubts.

It is common to get blood becaue of the progesterone - the cervix and vagina are very sensitive, even bbd can irritate it and cause blood when pregnant,
Dont panic.  I am sure all is fine.
